Interstitial 3 was a series of open dance rehearsals conducted by Taryn Griggs and Chris Yon with Triad area dancers: Maddy Bailey, Dawanna Benjamin, Faith Fidgeon, Ciara Loscombe, Kendall Ramirez, Caitlyn Schrader, and Maurice Watson.

Interstitial 3 also featured EVERYWHERE'S INSIDE-OUTSIDE (a zoom dance video booth) created in collaboration with Steve Morrison. This interactive exhibit invited visitors to virtually dance with strangers in other people’s spaces—a public, abstract improvisation to address our isolation even as we transition out of quarantine, and a lens through which to reflect on this moment in the world.

Generously funded by SECCA and the Interdisciplinary Arts Center of Wake Forest University.

Interstitial 2 was a collaboration with video artist Steve Morrison, violinist Marta Djorovic, and an ensemble of dancers: Dawanna Benjamin, Trish Casey, Faith Fidgeon, Caitlyn Swett, Kelly Swindell, Maurice Watson, and Bea Yon.
